What SomaLynk does

  • Diary and booking — the therapist's week, appointment scheduling, unavailable periods, and a patient-facing booking page that refuses slots already taken.
  • Patient record — identity, prescriptions, treatment episodes, documents, and the Belgian eID card read at the desk.
  • Clinical notes — structured session notes, body areas treated, outcome questionnaires and progress over an episode of care.
  • INAMI billing — Belgian nomenclature codes, tariffs and co-payments, attestation forms, and invoices per patient and per period.
  • Payments and bookkeeping — card and online payments reconciled against the practice's bank feed, and finalised invoices handed to the accountant.
  • Multi-therapist — each therapist has their own login, their own diary and their own working hours.

The optional Google Calendar connection

Never: anyone else's calendar · creating, renaming, sharing or deleting calendars · your contacts · your mail

A therapist can connect their own Google Calendar from Settings. SomaLynk then writes the appointments and unavailable periods they create into that calendar, updates them when they move, removes them when they are cancelled, and reads the weeks being viewed so the same busy time is visible in both places and a patient cannot book a slot that is already taken.

SomaLynk asks Google for one permission only — calendar.events, manage events on your calendar. It never creates, renames, shares or deletes calendars, and never touches a calendar other than the connected user's own. The connection is entirely optional and can be disconnected at any time, which deletes the stored token. Full detail is in the privacy policy.

Who it is for, and how to get an account

SomaLynk is used by physiotherapy practices in Belgium. Accounts are provisioned by the practice for its own therapists — there is no public sign-up. To ask about using it in your practice, write to philippetadger@somalynk.com.

La connexion Google Agenda (facultative)

Un thérapeute peut connecter son propre Google Agenda depuis les Réglages. SomaLynk y inscrit alors les rendez-vous et les périodes d'indisponibilité qu'il crée, les met à jour lorsqu'ils sont déplacés, les supprime lorsqu'ils sont annulés, et lit les semaines consultées afin que le même temps occupé soit visible des deux côtés et qu'un patient ne puisse pas réserver un créneau déjà pris.

SomaLynk ne demande à Google qu'une seule autorisation — calendar.events, gérer les événements de votre agenda. L'application ne crée, ne renomme, ne partage ni ne supprime jamais d'agendas, et ne touche jamais à un agenda autre que celui de l'utilisateur connecté. La connexion est entièrement facultative et peut être retirée à tout moment, ce qui supprime le jeton stocké. Le détail complet figure dans la politique de confidentialité.

Pour qui, et comment obtenir un compte

SomaLynk est utilisé par des cabinets de kinésithérapie en Belgique. Les comptes sont créés par le cabinet pour ses propres thérapeutes — il n'y a pas d'inscription publique. Pour toute question, écrivez à philippetadger@somalynk.com.

De optionele Google Agenda-koppeling

Een therapeut kan zijn eigen Google Agenda koppelen via de Instellingen. SomaLynk schrijft dan de afspraken en onbeschikbare periodes die hij aanmaakt naar die agenda, werkt ze bij wanneer ze verplaatst worden, verwijdert ze bij annulatie, en leest de weken die bekeken worden zodat dezelfde bezette tijd aan beide kanten zichtbaar is en een patiënt geen reeds bezet tijdslot kan boeken.

SomaLynk vraagt Google slechts één toestemming — calendar.events, de gebeurtenissen in uw agenda beheren. De applicatie maakt, hernoemt, deelt of verwijdert nooit agenda's zelf, en raakt nooit een andere agenda aan dan die van de gekoppelde gebruiker. De koppeling is volledig optioneel en kan op elk moment worden verbroken, waarbij het opgeslagen token wordt verwijderd. Alle details staan in het privacybeleid.
